-Cleaning instructions:
Do not dish-wash and do not Hand-wash. Instead, the top “Resin” part of the tray can be cleaned with a damp cloth with or without glass cleaner or alcohol. Never use “Bleach” or any detergent. The wooden part can be conditioned with olive oil or you may apply a thin layer of high quality food safe oil before AND after food use.
